I finally finished moving house on Sunday. However, since the temperature was
in the mid to late 30's (celsius) it was downright disgusting weather to move
house in. I did about an hour of moving, followed by a two hour break, then
another hour of moving, followed by another two hour break, then another hour of
moving, followed by... well, I'm sure you get the picture. I was so exhausted by
the end of the day! I'm glad that's all over with for a while - until the next time I
move, which I hope is a long, long time away.
On Friday night, "Isabel" rang me, and we had a pretty involved conversation for 3
hours... we learnt a lot about each other in that time, and I'm hoping that things
will go well between us, as she's really nice - worth getting to know better.

I had to get a couple more boxes from my previous place this evening, and as I was bringing them in the front door here, I looked across the road and I noticed
that there were a few kangaroos across there, eating some grass. I thought that
was nice, having some kangaroos in my 'front yard' and I immediately got my
camera and took a few long-distance shots of them. If I see them again
tomorrow, I'm going to see if I can get closer to them and take some better
photos close-up. That should be fun.
